DIAMANTIS KALOGIANNIDIS

Diamantis is a professional Chef, with 12 years experience, and a European/Mediterranean background. 

He started in Greece, spending 6 years in Small Luxury Hotels and Restaurants. 

Moving to Copenhagen for a short period of time for a period at Relae and Kokkeriet, both Michelin star. 

And finally moving to London 6 years ago, he has worked mostly in High End Restaurants, his most recent experience, Studio Frantzen and Da Terra (2 Michelin star.)

 

At the moment he is doing pop ups with the most recent being at Minibar in Paris and at Oranj Wine in London.
